The privacy policy for Passport, Merely Music, MemeDB, and Yiays Blog are separate documents. You should read the respective privacy policies for whichever services you use below.
Passport is a simple authentication service, and as such, only collects and stores the login credentials you provided on registration. We do not share collected information with any third parties.
This data will be kept for as long as these services remain available. However, you can request a manual deletion of your accounts here.
Merely Music collects your username and email address as a part of the automatic login process if you visit the website while logged in to passport. In any other case, you must manually press the "Login with Passport" button to begin data sharing.
If you upload any music to Merely Music, the audio files will be stored privately at cdn.yiays.com. The metadata from this music will be extracted and stored in a database for easy editing. Nothing is shared with 3rd parties without your knowledge.

More services could be added with time. Similar policies, like automatic login, might also be in place if or when they are added.
As a rule of thumb, Passport services will never extend beyond *.yiays.com domains.
If Passport login is available in an app, this will be clearly labelled and always requires your interaction to sign in. Account deletion will always be an option, too. You can find it at the bottom of this page.
We can erase records of your account on request. Simply email [email protected] with your username. Be sure to use the email address associated with your account.
